AI Rankia is organized around three simple ideas: Brands, your Portfolio, and your Workspace.
Brands
A Brand is the company or website you want to track in AI search. Each brand keeps its own prompts, competitors, mentions, content and reports — so data never mixes between them. Everything you do in the app happens inside the brand you've selected.
Create a brand from the brand switcher in the top-left (+ New Brand) with a name, website and target market. Switch between brands there at any time.
Portfolio
Your Portfolio is the collection of every brand in your account. It's the home base for teams and agencies managing more than one brand — an at-a-glance view so you can jump into any brand quickly.
Workspace
Your Workspace holds your plan, credits and team:
- Credits — the shared balance that powers monitoring and the AI tools. Track usage under Workspace ▸ Credits.
- Members — invite teammates and set their roles under Workspace ▸ Members.
- Settings — manage your plan and preferences under Workspace ▸ Settings.
Good to know: Credits are shared across every brand in your workspace, so you can spend them wherever you need them most.
