Manage your name, email, password and preferences from your profile menu.
Workspace
Your workspace holds your plan, credits, brands and team:
- Credits — see your balance and usage under Workspace ▸ Credits.
- Settings — manage your plan and preferences under Workspace ▸ Settings.
- Members — invite teammates and set roles under Workspace ▸ Members (see Account & Workspace ▸ Team & Members).
Brands & Portfolio
- Create and switch brands from the brand switcher in the top-left.
- Your Portfolio lists every brand in your account.
- Each brand keeps its own prompts, competitors, mentions, content and reports.
Exporting your data
Most tables and dashboards can be exported — look for the export option on a data view to download results for reporting or analysis.
Tip: Credits and brands are shared across your workspace, so your whole team works from the same pool.
