Workspace Your workspace holds your plan, credits, brands and team: - Credits — see your balance and usage under Workspace ▸ Credits. - Settings — manage your plan and preferences under Workspace ▸ Settings. - Members — invite teammates and set roles under Workspace ▸ Members (see Account & Workspace ▸ Team & Members). Brands & Portfolio - Create and switch brands from the brand switcher in the top-left. - Your Portfolio lists every brand in your account. - Each brand keeps its own prompts, competitors, mentions, content and reports. Exporting your data Most tables and dashboards can be exported — look for the export option on a data view to download results for reporting or analysis. Tip: Credits and brands are shared across your workspace, so your whole team works from the same pool.

Team & Members

Members is where you invite teammates to your workspace and manage what they can do. What you can do - Invite people to your workspace by email. - Assign roles to control what each person can access. - Remove members when they no longer need access. How to use it 1. Open Workspace ▸ Members. 2. Invite a teammate by email. 3. Set their role. 4. Manage or remove members at any time. Tip: Everyone in your workspace shares the same credits and brands, so add the people who need to collaborate.
